The recent installation of our high power E-Beam accelerator puts our 100,000 square-foot facility near Pittsburgh – our first in the U.S. – closer to completion. See what it takes to drop a 12-ton unit through the ceiling of our facility in Imperial, PA, and view it unveiled for the first time.
When converting electricity into E-beam power, the accelerator consumes 30% less energy than other high voltage accelerators and features precision beam current. Its higher sustainability and greater reliability enable precise dosing and high throughput rates of single cartons or multiple boxes of products with low to medium density.
These feature and compatibility with a range of polymers make E-Beam sterilization an efficient, environmentally freindly, and economical sterilization method, especially for medical device, bioprocessing, and packing products.
